Free Consultation & 3D Design
It all starts with a phone call. We schedule a free in-home consultation at a time that works for you. Our designer visits your home, listens to your vision, takes detailed measurements, and discusses your budget and timeline.
Within a few days, you receive a professional 3D rendering of your new kitchen or bathroom so you can see exactly what the finished space will look like before any work begins. This is not a generic mockup - it is built from your actual room dimensions and your chosen materials. There is never any obligation or pressure to move forward.
Transparent Pricing & Material Selection
Once you love the design, we provide a detailed, itemized estimate that breaks down every cost - labor, materials, fixtures, permits, and timeline. No hidden fees, no vague allowances, no surprises at the end. You know exactly what you are paying for before you sign anything.
We then guide you through material selection, helping you choose cabinetry, countertops, tile, fixtures, and finishes that match your style and budget. We work with trusted suppliers across San Antonio to get you the best quality at fair prices. Financing options are available if needed.
Meet Your Project Manager
Before construction begins, you are introduced to your dedicated project manager who will be your single point of contact throughout the build. They walk you through the construction schedule day by day, explain what to expect each week, and answer every question you have.
Your project manager coordinates all trades, handles permits and inspections, and keeps the project on schedule. Owner Dave Palomo personally oversees every project and is always available by phone. You will never feel left in the dark about what is happening in your home.
Expert Build & Daily Cleanup
Our licensed, insured crew gets to work transforming your space with the craftsmanship and attention to detail that has earned us a 4.9-star rating across 500+ projects. We use dust barriers to protect the rest of your home and clean up at the end of every single workday.
You will receive regular progress updates with photos so you can see the transformation happening in real time. If any questions or changes come up during construction, your project manager addresses them immediately. We treat your home with the same respect we would treat our own.
Final Walkthrough & Warranty
When construction is complete, we schedule a detailed final walkthrough where we go through every element of your new space together. We check every cabinet door, every grout line, every fixture, and every finish to make sure everything meets our standards and yours.
