We provide a free initial consultation/projected #’s. If a client would like to move forward with firm #’s/design it is a $500 retainer for bathrooms, $1,000 for a kitchen, multiple rooms it is $500 per room + the initial retainer. If client decides to sign an agreement with us, the retainer amount is applied to the project.

We are a registered residential building contractor with the City of San Antonio. Additionally, we are registered in the following cities: Live Oak, Universal City, Schertz, Selma, Cibolo, and we will register in your area at the time of services if needed. We meet or exceed all minimum requirements for General Liability Insurance, and we will pull a bond for your job.

No, in most cases, we can operate independently with a lockbox on the home or work out a schedule to arrive and depart at particular times of the day to suit your schedule.

We accept all major credit cards, Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, Checks, and Cash.

We do offer warranties on work. The warranties range from 1 – 5 years depending the type of job. For materials used on the project, we pass on the manufacturer’s warranty for all the products we purchase on to our clients. The product warranties can vary. However, some of these are lifetime warranties.
