The Project Completion Process
At OMG! Kitchen & Bath, we pride ourselves on the open communication we maintain with our clients. Our goal is to make this an easy and exciting experience for you. Below is a simple 5 step process of our overall remodeling services so we are always sure to be on the same page.
Meet Our Designer
We will analyze and measure your living space. Next you will select products such as tiles, cabinets, and hardware with the help of our designer. A 3D rendering of the finished product will be generated.
Process
Initial deposit is determined based on materials chosen. We will ask for a deposit that will cover materials needed so we can get everything ordered and shipped to us in a timely manner.
Meet Your Project Manager
You will be introduced to your new main-point-of-contact, your Project Manager. Upon meeting, your Project Manager will coordinate a start date and project schedule with you.
Demolition
You will start to see your project come to life in the coming weeks. But first, demo! This is the messiest part of our job but once it is complete you will start to see your beautiful project come together.
Punch List / Final Walk
Once your project has come to substantial completion your project manager will walk through and create a punch list of anything that needs to be repaired or modified to complete your project. Once the punch list is complete, our PM & Designer will meet with you to discuss your project to ensure you are happy with your overall experience. Final payment is made.
