Project Manager
OMG Kitchen & Bath Remodeling, a residential remodeling contractor in San Antonio, is hiring a Project Manager to assist in the coordination and completion of key client projects on time, within budget, and within scope. The Project Manager oversees all aspects of residential remodeling projects — setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, monitoring progress, and summarizing project status for the team and client.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and complete residential remodeling projects within the established timeline, budget, and scope.
- Oversee all aspects of project execution, from kickoff through final walk-through.
- Set project deadlines and assign responsibilities to internal team members and subcontractors.
- Monitor progress and prepare clear status updates for clients and the leadership team.
- Collaborate with our in-house design staff to keep design intent intact through construction.
- Ensure skilled labor, materials, and services align with project scope and budget.
- Coordinate across departments so all phases of a remodel stay compatible and on schedule.
- Integrate new team members into active projects as needed.
- Deliver consistent, professional customer service throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (truck preferred).
- Computer literacy — comfortable with email, scheduling tools, and basic project tracking.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
- Prior remodeling or residential construction experience strongly preferred.
- Team-oriented, organized, and detail-driven.
