We provide a free initial consultation with projected numbers. If a client would like to move forward with firm numbers and design, the retainer is $500 for bathrooms, $1,000 for a kitchen, and $500 per additional room plus the initial retainer for multi-room projects. If the client signs an agreement with us, the retainer amount is applied to the project.
As an organization, since 2007. OMG! Kitchen & Bath became part of our home improvement firm in 2013.
We are a member of the National Kitchen & Bath Association and an accredited member of the Better Business Bureau.
We are a registered residential building contractor with the City of San Antonio. We are also registered in Live Oak, Universal City, Schertz, Selma, and Cibolo, and we will register in your area at the time of services if needed. We meet or exceed all minimum requirements for General Liability Insurance, and we will pull a bond for your job.
No. In most cases we can operate independently with a lockbox on the home, or work out a schedule to arrive and depart at particular times of the day to suit your schedule.
Yes. You can call us and ask for specific references, and you may also check third-party reviews on the Better Business Bureau, Angie’s List, Yelp, Rate a Biz, and other review platforms.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), as well as checks and cash.
Yes. We offer warranties on workmanship that range from 1 to 5 years depending on the type of job. For materials used on the project, we pass on the manufacturer’s warranty. Product warranties vary — some are lifetime warranties.
